You may only use each individual product on a single website, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design

b) MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

d) ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from templatemonster.com.

e) OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

3. OUR REFUND POLICY

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read the 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

4. ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well and it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.

TERMS REGARDING STELLAR IMAGE, LLC WEBSITE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

PRIVACY POLICY

Rest assured that the personal information you submit to us is kept private. We will only use it to send you our correspondence. We will not sell or distribute ANY of your personal information to anyone else.

FEES AND SERVICES

We may change our fees for our services periodically. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. Stellar Image, LLC may also make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the programs described in this information at any time without notice. In the event that we choose to offer a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the introduction of the service on our website. Unless otherwise stated all fees are quoted in US dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our services and all applicable taxes.

We require a non-refundable 50% down payment for all web and graphic design services. This deposit will be applied towards the total website project payment.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend and/or cancel service at our sole discretion.

Accounts paid with credit cards which are used in a fraudulent manner and/or are rejected by our online payment system will result in service cancellation and/ or refusal.

NO WARRANTY

WE, OUR SUBSIDARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS PROVIDE OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WE, OUR SUBSIDARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.

OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUBSIDARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYESS, AND SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO US IN THE 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, AND (B) $100. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

NO AGENCY

You and Stellar Image, LLC are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created in the purchase of our products, services or affiliate membership.

GENERAL

Stellar Image, LLC makes no representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through this one. When you click on a link that directs you to another website outside of this one, please understand that it is independent of Stellar Image, LLC and that Stellar Image, LLC has no control over the content on that website. Please take the necessary precautions to protect yourself from items such as viruses, worms and other destructive objects.
